SYC is located in Lenoir, NC at 1002 Kirkwood St. in the Lenoir Presbyterian Church. SYC is an early childhood preschool that nurtures children 15 months old through Pre-K, in a Christ-centered environment. At SYC, we believe children learn best through active involvement and hands on experiences. Our preschool strives to meet the social, emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual growth of each child in a developmentally appropriate manner. We operate Monday – Friday from 9 to 12 and follow the public-school calendar year. We offer an Early Morning Care option from 8 am – 9 am. Many children have graduated from our Pre-K during our over 40 years of nurturing and loving children.
